George Cazenove is Head of Communications at Tullow Oil plc and has worked closely with Invest in Africa since its inception. George joined Tullow in 2011 from Citigate Dewe Rogerson, the international communications consultancy, where Tullow was one of his leading clients. George has also worked for Shell and in the UK Parliament. He holds a BA Hons in History from Durham University and an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge University.

Alex is a Partner in EY London. He specialises in the Oil & Gas and Energy industry. Within this Alex has supported his clients in West Africa, and increasingly East Africa, on a range of topics from operational improvement, to local content strategies. Alex works with his fellow EY partners to provide other types of advice and support in Southern, Central and Northern Africa. Alex is the EY lead for Invest in Africa and has been supporting us in achieving goals in Ghana, launching in Kenya, and promoting the work of Invest in Africa around the world.

Rosalind is a non-Executive Director of Invest in Africa and has extensive experience in government relations, political risk management, social investment and corporate and environmental law, focusing on the mining and oil industries in Africa. She has held senior positions with Tullow Oil plc and De Beers and advised governments on policy and legislative matters. In 2013 she established Kina Advisory Limited to help her clients navigate their way through the economic, political and social risks of working in Africa in order to strengthen the in-country relationships required to establish the companies as long-term partners of choice and underpin their business success.

Elikem Nutifafa Kuenyehia is Chairman of ENS Ghana. He was previously the Managing Partner at Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors in Ghana, specializing in finance and energy law. Prior to setting up Oxford & Beaumont, he was Head of Corporate Services and Legal at Standard Trust Bank Ghana Limited (now UBA Ghana Limited) and part of the team that started UBA in Ghana.
