1.Central Management Agencies;

2.Ministries, Departments and Agencies;

3.Metropolitan, Municipa land District Assemblies;

4.State Owned Enterprises to the extent that they utilise public funds;

5.Public universities,public schools,colleges and hospitals;

6.Bank of Ghana and other financial institutions wholly owned by the Republic or in which the Republic  hasmajority interest;

7.Statutory Funds;

8.Commissions and other bodies established by Government for a special purpose.
