Ibrahima Talla

Ibrahima is a Business Analyst who majored in Economics and Supply Chain Management in Senegal. For more than 15 years he’s been helping deliver projects as head of logistics and supply chain in the telecommunications, humanitarian, mining, FMCG industries, in West and Central Africa. He joins Invest in Africa in 2019 to support operators and contractors to comply with the nascent local content policy in Senegal while promoting local content development in country. As Manager of the African Partner Pool (APP) platform, IIA’s local content development portal, he is able to identify the major challenges and opportunities presented by the local content policy execution. Combining this with his deep passion for technologies, he constantly works on how to optimize local content activities’ execution and reporting.
